the imperial club room provided great perks and amazing views. staff made a special cake for my daughter's birthday, it was a kind gesture. the waterpark access made the weekend super nice. it is one of the best waterparks i have visited.

i noticed the gym and spa were difficult to locate within the large complex

the staff was AMAZING. mr akbar at check in was helpful. he handled everything smoothly. mohamad moiuddin from housekeeping did a great job. he was pleasant and did everything to meet our needs. there were sanitary stations everywhere. that was great with the kids. the complimentary strawberries tasted great. they were top quality.

the checkin process was a NIGHTMARE. i traveled with my husband and baby. despite my husband having his id, they would not check us in. i needed my physical card. we had to return home. the room was disappointing. it was outdated and not properly cleaned. the lobby was overcrowded, also not very cute.

the rooms were super spacious i found them really clean and the bathroom was the biggest i have seen in a while. if you appreciate cleanliness this hotel is for you i believe. pools are big enough and close at 8 i noticed. they give popsicles for free by the pool also they help blow up the floaties there.

i saw them refuse or accept cars for valet and the only difference was the car people took to the venue. this happened even with babies and families.
